Chris Baer runs tall rapids in Magnum

Chris Baer from Colorado sent these photos in from some of his recent paddling trips in the Magnum.

This photo was taken of Chris during an extreme race in Montana.


And he said this waterfall was taller than it looks. Looks pretty tall to me.

"Big timber creek, Big Timber Montana," Chris explained was the run shown in the photos. "These silly guys out here in Montana wanted to throw a race and that they did. The whole race was just over two minutes and you dropped a solid 200 feet..... impressive! The event went off great with no injuries. So, keep your eyes and ears open for big timber race #2 coming to you some time next June."
